Our Module 1 Workshop together with subsequent personal observation sessions will prepare you to experience the depth of personal healing, re-balancing and tension releasing that is possible through this somatic process. This is the first requirement for those keen to pursue the certification path.

Module 1 is your first step in the Certification process. The four personal observations after the workshop are to support you to deepen your tremoring experience, and also part of the certification requirements that must be met for full certification and to develop competencies needed to teach TRE® to others.
